So first, let’s talk about the location. Reunion is located just west of Interstate 55 off Highway 463 in the city of Madison . There’s actually several entrances to Reunion making it convenient to access from all points. It’s about a 30 minute drive to downtown Jackson and about a 5 minute drive to the city center of Madison, making it convenient to shopping and restaurants. It’s Approx 3 miles to Colony Crossing shopping center where there is a Home Depot, Kroger, and several restaurants!
Reunion is the cream of the crop of all neighborhoods in Madison! There were 122 homes sold from 2019-2021 ranging in price from the low $400s all the way up to a little over $1 million. But the average sold price during this time period was $585k. Homes in Reunion range in size from around 2500 sq feet to over 5k sq feet. But, What’s makes Reunion so special? Reunion is located on a gorgeous 2,100 acre development that started in the early 2000’s. It features 400 acres of lakes and an 18 hole golf course. In 2019 Reunion unveiled their brand new $16 million dollar, state of the art 33,000 sq foot clubhouse overlooking the 18th hole. The clubhouse features gorgeous wrap around porches where you can sit and enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the 2 restaurants or pizza pub right in your own neighborhood. They have a separate club membership available to residents if you choose and they also host a ton of events. So let’s talk now about amenities…because there are lot! Hands down, Reunion has more amenities than any other neighborhood in Madison. And 40% of the development is allocated for green and common spaces. there is a tennis center with work out facility, 2 neighborhood pools, one of which features a newly constructed pavilion with a splash pad for the kids. There is also a small “beach” where the neighborhood regularly hosts food truck nights, concerts and other fun neighborly events. Oh, and Speaking of neighbors, on any given day you’ll see that the golf cart is the preferred method of transportation in and around the neighborhood, so keep that in mind when you’re looking at garage space! Back to amenities….There’s even an equestrian center if horses are your thing. “Reunion farms” equestrian center features an indoor and outdoor arena with 6 miles of riding trails and 56 private boarding stalls all on acres and acres of pasture land! OR, if boating is your thing, there’s also a marina where you can enjoy the lakes by fishing or water skiing. Speaking of boats, if you are looking for a home on a lake front lot, there are plenty of those too. Of course, those will be at the higher price point, but isn’t that always the case? Oh, and one more thing I think is pretty cool…there’s even a magazine called “reunion living” available for the residents of Reunion.
The master plan for reunion calls for appox 1,700 homes, (que the scope video) and they are currently about half way to that number, so there’s still lots of opportunity for new construction if that’s important to you.
Reunion is located in the Madison Station Elementary school zone (which is only about 2 miles away) and Madison Middle and Madison Central High School.
