Hi, I’m Donna Taylor with living in Central MS and today we are touring a neighborhood in Ridgeland, MS where there are several new construction homes for sale all on half acre lots. First, let’s look at the map, Carlton Parke is located right off Richardson Rd in Ridgeland. It’s less than 3 miles to Renaissance Mall and the Costco. Renaissance Mall is located a stones throw off of interstate 55. It’s an outdoor mall that has some of the prettiest fountains and landscaping around. Renaissance Mall is my favorite place to dine and shop. There’s several restaurants here, most of which would be considered fine dining, but there’s some casual spots too. There’s also an Apple store, Barnes and Nobles, Sephora, Orvis, American Eagle, and Anthropologie just to name a few. There’s several women’s and teens dress shops to satisfy most any shopper and a Fresh Market Grocery Store. There’s also a movie theatre here that has a pretty cool fountain show out front. It really is something to see at night!
Carlton Parke is also located close to the Ridgeland Multi Purpose Trail where you can go for a walk, run or bike ridge on a scenic trail that spans 14 miles. There are several access points along the route, making it convenient to hop on and off the trail.
Ridgeland is the city just north of Jackson, making for a quick 10 commute to Jackson for those of you working at our 4 major hospitals or in the Downtown Jackson area. It’s also only about a 20 minute drive to the Jackson Airport. Ridgeland is also where the Natchez Trace runs through our area. The Natchez Trace is a historic trail that stretches 444 miles thru MS, AL and TN. It follows the pat of the ancient Native American trail that was later used by European Explorers. There are lots of spots along the trace where you can go for little hikes and picnic, or just stop a and get a little history lesson.
So, back to Carlton Parke neighborhood tour…currently there are 6 new construction homes for sale ranging in price from $765k to $915k. All of these homes are 3,000-3,600 sq feet with 4 bedroom and 3 bath and all have 3 car garages.
