Currently, Kensington has around 160 homes with a new phase wrapping up and finishing up the last few builds. One of the best things about Kensington is price point! The homes in Kensington average around $400k. So, if you’re looking for a new construction home in Rankin County below the average prices for Brandon, Kensington is a great option. Kensington is located just off of Hwy 25 with an additional entrance on Hwy 471. It’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown Jackson and about a 3 minute drive to the city center of Flowood, making it convenient to shopping and restaurants in Dogwood Festival Market. Kensington is in Oakdale Elementary School district that feeds to Northwest Rankin Middle and High School.
