You can search our website, www.taylorgroupms.com by subdivision…which is one of the reasons I think searching for homes in our area is so much easier on our site than Zillow. Zillow doesn’t allow you to search by subdivision. There are all kinds of homes on the trail from the mid $200’s up to $700k along the way! But remember, we are on the east side of Madison, where inventory is always low…so be sure to sign up for alerts on our website that has ALL of the listings in our MLS (not just our listings), so that you are notified each morning with new listing alerts and price changes. Also note that several of these neighborhoods off of Madison Ave connect to the sidewalk at Madison Avenue Elementary School, so if living walking/biking distance to that school is important to you, be sure to check these out.
